Apartment 2 Bedrooms 2 Bathrooms Sleeps 4\n1 Double 2 Single\nThe apartment, of about 80 sq.mt, is located on the 1st floor in a residential complex recently opened with views of Iseo Lake, which comes with outdoor swimming pool (from April 2015).\nThe complex has been built in compliance with the new regulations for environment protection and belongs to the energetic class A+: the eco-friendly materials used comprise natural wood for doors, windows and curtains poles, Sarnico stone for the outside walls.\nThe apartment opens onto the day area, whose walls are painted in light green; the apartment is fully decorated using this colour except in the bathrooms.\nOn the right of the entrance door you find the kitchenette, equipped with functional cupboards for pans and pots, induction cooktop, dishwasher, microwave and electric oven, fridge with a small freezer.\nThe remaining of the day area is occupied by a gray-lacquered dining table with four design chairs, a comfortable sofa with chaise lounge and fluffy purple and green cushions, a coffee table made of crystal and glass, and a matching carpet; the TV cabinet is surmounted by some spiral-shaped shelves. On the wall there are paintings with flower decorations.\nA sliding French door opens out onto the terrace, which offers ample views of the lake.\nAttention, please: all the cupboards in the living area are opened/closed simply by pressing on one of the corners.\nA sliding door separates the day area from the two bedrooms, which open onto a small anteroom: the first bedroom comes with a double bed, a 4-door closet, bedside tables with lamps, chest of drawers and mirror; the second bedroom -for the children- is furnished with two single beds (one of them is a roll-out bed, so that you can optimize the space), a 2-door closet, bedside table, writing desk and shelves with plenty of space for personal belongings. Both bedrooms overlook the private terrace at the back of the property, where to relax during the summer. The bedrooms also showcase lovely pictures with flower decorations.\nThe apartment has two bathrooms, both fitted with shower stall, basin, WC and bidet; one of the two bathrooms is equipped with washing machine and dryer. They are fitted with special tiles, that contrast with the floors of the other rooms.\nPlease bear in mind that there are 10 steps from the ground floor to the apartment.
