This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Potbank in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property is taking steps to help protect the safety of guests and staff. Certain services and amenities may be reduced or unavailable as a result. A damage deposit of GBP 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note all bookings must have the guest address and telephone number included. All guests must present a photo ID. Due to the keeping guests safe we only do light freshes on stays every 3 days. Please note there are minor ongoing renovation works to the building's exterior. All work is conducted between 09:00 and 17:00 to minimise disruption for guests. Please note that the bedrooms are located on upper floors and are accessible by stairs only. Please note this is a strictly non-smoking property. Guests who are found smoking may be subject to a GBP 150 fine and asked to leave the property without a refund. Guest that cause anti social behaviour or disruption to other guest will also be subject to possible charges. There is limited parking at the front of the hotel and a pay and display car park opposite the hotel. Guest cards will have a pre-authorisation of GBP 50 made. Please note that the upper level floors are accessible by stairs only.
