Comprising of 1 double and 1 twin bedroom (double has en-suite bathroom), family bathroom, light and airy lounge with integral dining area and kitchen. There is also a sofa bed in lounge increasing flexibility. Outside you have a patio with furniture and pool views and extensive communal grounds. There is also a small private garden with loungers.Shops and bars, including a supermarket, are within 350m and you have free access to sister resorts Royal Heights and Flamingo Country Club.\nFlamingo Country Club for example has a clubhouse with slide pool, communal pool, golf and tennis while on Royal Heights you have a clubhouse, infinity pool, beach and beach club as well as a Turkish bath, sauna, massage parlour, cafe-bar and restaurant.  FREE shuttle buses run between resorts or you can easily walk. There is a washing machine in the apartment for additional cleaning if required. Pool / beach /sun bed towels are not provided.\nUtilities:\nThe cost for the use of tap water, electricity and gas is for the most part included in the rental price. However, some accommodations have electric meters fitted and these are "pay as you go" meters. These meters are set at standard municipality rates for the times of usage and cards can be purchased from the local management agent.\nValuables:\nAny valuables left at the property are left at your own risk. We are not responsible for their loss and we therefore recommend that you take out the appropriate personal travel insurance.\nSmoking Policy:\nSmoking is not permitted inside the apartment.
