"Pets Accommodation Regulations"
Pets can move freely in the pet room. Before check-in, pets owner please read and follow below relevant pets regulations:
■Each room maximum can carry
3 small dogs below 8 kilograms (for example: Poodle, Yorkshire Terrier)
or 2 medium and large dogs within 8-25 kilograms (for example: Golden Retriever, Labrador)
■Please be sure to remove insects, fleas and take bath before pets check-in.
■If the pets have no fixed-point urination habits, male pets please use courtesy belt, female pets please use diapers to maintain the cleanliness of the room.
■Pets can only enter pet room or designated entrance and exit areas. Pets are not allowed in other public spaces such as hotel lobby, saloons, elevators, restaurants and other areas of no pets access.
■Please use the exclusive passage when pets go out, and please tie the rope when landing to ensure the safety of pets and personnel.
■The room rate includes a set of exclusive supplies for the pets: including shampoo, pets urine pad, poop picking bag, pets canned food, and a special towel for pets is provided during the stay.
■Do not leave pets alone in the room unattended to avoid accidents.
■ Pets are not allowed to go to bed, so that every guest staying has a comfortable accommodation environment.
■If the pets will bark in an unfamiliar environment, please try to comfort the pets to avoid affecting other guests.
■If the pets urinate and defecate in the room and toilet, please clean it up immediately, so as to have a comfortable environment for the next guest.
■The owner is solely responsible for the behavior of the pets. If the pets cause damage to the hotel or the facilities in the room, or causes an attack that resulting personal injury, or violates this Pets Accommodation Regulations, the owner must bear the subsequent liability for the relevant compensation.
