This attractive holiday home is set only 700 metres from the beach in the archipelago of Östersjön.It is a modern and spacious one-storey cottage, with high ceilings. The large garden is suitable for fun and games as well as relaxation.
The interior of the holiday home is light and appealing, it certainly is a place where you can feel at home. The light and airy living room offers a sofa suite with a TV and a dining table, and an extra bed. It is open plan so it is combined with the kitchen which is very well-equipped, a delightful place to cook in. Next to the kitchen there are too large glass doors letting in light and giving you a lovely view of the outdoors. The cottage features a lovely terrace.
The main bedroom is in excellent condition, featuring a comfortable double bed. The other bedroom contains a bunk bed. You will also find a top-notch bathroom, with a shower and a washing machine, in the cottage.
There are excellent fishing and swimming possibilities close to the cottage! Pole fishing is free of charge. The area offers beautiful walking paths! Kalmar is a delightful town, close enough for a day trip. From there you can cross the bridge to the island of Öland.
Please note: The beach on the pictures cannot be seen from the cottage. No smoking please! The house sleeps a total of six people.
