In view of the ongoing COVID-19 situation, we have re-defined our processes and house rules to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all our guests and team members. Key points include:• With effect from 1 January 2022, guests are required to carry their COVID vaccination documentation with them (for both doses). Please also update the Aarogya Setu app on your mobile so that we may check the same. Most state governments have started sending out this mandate to all hotels and we are required by law to check this documentation. Each guest checking in at the hotel will need to show us their individual document• We are ensuring adherence to all governmental rules and regulations to optimize safety and curb the spread. In this regard, we request all guests to keep themselves updated on the travel policies and government issued protocols of the destinations that they are planning to visit. We will not be able to accept any reservations or check-ins that are in conflict with the prevalent regulations at the time of your travel and stay• All guests are required to wear face masks in public areas and to sanitize or wash their hands frequently.
