260 km north of Rovaniemi, in Saariselkä tourist resort in Kaunispää mountain's southern slope.
Wooden semi-detached house, partly in two levels, completed in 2006 and extended in 2010.
Living room, kitchenette, 6 bedrooms, two with a double bed (width 140 cm), one with 1 single bed, three with 2 beds. Two bedrooms are separated by a folding door, so the rooms can be combined if necessary. One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor (folding door). Two of the bedrooms have WC and shower. Loft with 3 single beds (maximum height of the loft 1.6 m, steep stairs to the loft). Loft is meant mainly for children.
Sauna (always ready electric stove), washing room (2 showers), laundry and drying room, ski maintenance room, 3 terraces (one on the north side of the courtyard, two to the south).
Beds are spring mattress beds, 2 TV's (42 "in the living room and 27" in the downstairs bedroom), Blu-ray player and normal DVD, stereo radio, video projector, two drying closets, 2 refrigerators, ski waxing buck and iron. Wireless Internet access 8 MB.
Apartments Kiisa A (12384), and Kiisa B (12385) can be combined (if necessary) with intermediate door.
On the plot there is a separate garage building. The ground floor of the garage fuctions as a meeting and a billiards room. Room has a video projector, screen, white board and film projector. Pool table can be covered as a table. The room also has football and air hockey game, darts and a game of chess. There are certain times when the room can be used since it is in shared use with the both apartments.
Apartments have a common , warm ski maintenance room with a wax spreader and ski straps. Ski room is on both sides of the apartment's own 5 m² warehouse. Two car heating points for each apartment. One carport space.
From Kiisa can count on skis lifts and back. Two ski-lift tickets available to guests free of charge.
Included in the price: final cleaning, ready made beds, towels, bathrobes, firewood, toilet papers, sauna papers, as well as soaps and shampoos.
The apartment is ideal for companies (for meetings), families and groups.
Beautiful views of Iisakkipää, Kiilopää and over Saariselkä from large windows and from large south terrace. Kiisa is located in quiet surroundings close to the ski track and snowmobile trail which goes to the top. From there you can down hill ski to the lifts.
Sledding hill 300 m, top of the Kaunispää by walking 600 m, Saariselkä center along walking path 1.5 km, by car 2.5 km. Ski lift (by skis) 0,6 km (upper station) or 1.5 km (sub-station), by car 3.5 km (sub-station).
