Health buffs and sports aficionados will be happy to know that just a few minutes' drive from the resort are many fitness gyms, gofl courses, badminton courts, soccer fields, and a sports complex used during the 2005 Southeast Asian Games. Further off from Palmas del Mar Bacolod are off-road biking paths, mountians to trek, caves to explore, and a whole underwater world to dive and discover.
