"Pros: If there was a -0- rating it would be a negative 100! The room was NOTHING DESCRIBED OR ADVERTISED IN THE PICTURES/WEBSITE. There were no 3 bedroom, there was old food in the sink, foul smell, large food crumbs on the floor and rug, the restroom was very unsanitary (There were mold, water stains, dead roaches, stained toilets, smelled like urine, etc), the ACs were broken, the plug couldn't even reach the outlets, I was a pure disaster!!! We couldn't even sit at the dining area due to the stains and stickiness of the bench. We discussed with the POC and the owner for a refund and still I have not gotten it. They said that we were considered a "no show" and will refund me within 3-5 days. It looked like there was someone living in the unit and just left without cleaning or trying to make it look descent. WE DID NOT STAY in the unit, because it was very dirty, we ended up in a hotel paying over 2x the amount (walk-in booking). Cons: EVERYTHING!!!! It was dirty, smelly, and disgusting.
