"Pros: The apartment is okay, mostly clean and fullfills what is said about it. Some small stuff missing, like wall hangers in the bathroom etc. Okay location, fare price. Very good communication with the staff.
Cons: Missed that it is on the 5th floor with no elevator. Parking is so so, a lot of cars parking, might be no space in the evening."

Cons: - at the entrance there is a message on the door with information about the consequences of stealing things;
- parking - usually there is no free parking space near the building, I found it only three times in more than a month stay, otherwise you have to look around other buildings in the area;
- there are no bedside tables (things, like cellphone or water, must be on the floor);
- no dining table (it is not convenient to have dinner at the coffee table during long stay), no any chair;
- the stay was extended, while the cleaning fee was included a second time, but not refunded;
- the owner was very polite, but not helpfull at all when there was an issue with TV settings, an additional set of bed linen, or locked garbage cans (so no more questions arose)."
