"Pros: Nice, neat apartment, trees outside, close to Uni. All apliances working well, nice bathroom.
Cons: Hot water bumps: the boiler needs to be turned on and there were some works in the building, so I had a cold shower first evening and next morning. There is no bed, and the sofa is moderately confortable. The kttle could use an extension cable, too."
