If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. A damage deposit of USD 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. The pool is shared between 11:00am-6:30pm. After 6:30pm the pool is for the exclusive use of guests staying in the main cottage. Managed by a private host
