This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Please inform The Lodge in advance of your expected arrival time. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. A damage deposit of AUD 400 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
