"Pros: The most remarkable aspect of our stay was the opportunity to enjoy the tranquility of Lake from the balcony and the Terrace. The location was both peaceful and enjoyable. A playground was conveniently located in front of the house, providing ample space for snowball fights and creating snow figures. The coffee machine was also of satisfactory quality. Cons: With all due respect to the effort put into this house, unfortunately, we were unable to fully enjoy our stay as a family. The main issue was the layout. The house has only two bathrooms, both combined with a shower. One of them is located inside a bedroom, making it inconvenient to access in the morning, while the other—the only one available at night—is on the ground floor. Meanwhile, the second floor has three bedrooms for six people, but instead of an additional bathroom, there is only a tiny kitchenette, where you can do little more than wash and cut fruit. As a result, when one bathroom is unavailable due to sleeping guests, only one shared bathroom remains for six people, again located downstairs. Additional inconveniences: • Sauna. You have to pay extra for the sauna in advance for the entire stay, as the owner cannot track the actual number of uses. We only used it twice but had to pay nearly €200, which was an unpleasant surprise considering the already high rental price. Moreover, it’s just a basic electric sauna that does not retain heat well in winter, as the floor is not heated at all. • Kitchen. The main kitchen lacks an oven, which was disappointing for us. • Air quality. The air inside was extremely dry, especially on the second floor. In winter, it was nearly impossible to sleep without an open window. • Jacuzzi. The water is not changed, and you have to add chlorine and some other substance daily. We didn’t use it at all, as we were unsure about hygiene. The owner asks guests to add these chemicals every day. • Location. The house is far from Rzeszów, and the round trip takes about 5 hours. • TV. We couldn’t connect our phone to view photos because the TV was an unknown Chinese brand without the necessary features." ~Vadym

"Pros: Everything was amazing, the house is very nice and big enough for a big family or company. The location is so picturesque, with the lake view, and it is close to the restaurant, bar, and rental point. Jacuzzi and sauna are available and it makes the vacation full. We are delighted with our stay in that house with our family." ~Bohdan
