"Pros: The whole experience was great from booking to leaving. Very clear and careful instructions for check in. The apartment itself has been put together with great care- it is very comfortable with high quality furnishings and equipment. It is a really pleasant place to spend time, where the priority is clearly maximising the guest's experience, not trying to squeeze maximum profit. The location is fantastic too- no more than a 3 minute walk to Krupówki. Cons: The parking was very tight as the neighbouring car was over the line a bit and there is no room for error, but this is not the fault of the owner." ~James

"Pros: This is a split review. 10/10 for the property. Exceptional position in Zakopane, just a few minutes walk to the action but still quiet at night. Great apartment with most essentials covered. Small supermarket underneath. Lovely view of the city. Couldn’t fault it. Cons: 2/10 for the communication and key collection. Despite messaging the day before our expected arrival time, on the day many WhatsApp’s and texts and phone calls were ignored as we got closer to arriving at the location. In the end my wife who (luckily) spoke Polish had a confusing conversation with the agent and managed to get the key from a lock box. Later someone turned up and we were asked to sign some paperwork and instructed that on the check out day we should call in advance to arrange a visit from the agent to collect the key from the apartment. Again we communicated a time for this the day before we left and again on the day (WhatsApp, text) with no responses. Many phone calls later we were asked to leave the keys in the apartment. You don’t need this additional stress on holiday and the system needs to be changed quickly to make this process seamless." ~Mark
