"Pros: Underground garage, free parking place for appartment, remote key to leave garage, lift from garage to appartments, strong wifi in appartment in 2nd floor, loggia oriented towards the sunrise, quiet street but close to city centre (0,8km), 2x TV (in each room), complete equipment including cooker, microwave, electric kettle, fridge, washing machine, dishes, glasses. Cons: Almost only Polish channels on TV. Thin walls - you hear everything if the appartment under yours have family with children. One guy forgott his PIN for entrance and he considered as good idea to ring all appartments at 1:00 a.m. till somebody opened door for him, ringing sounded like fire alarm at first time you just think of what is happening. In living room there is no bed, just sofa, so in case of 4 family members, 2 of them sleep in sofa bed" ~Tomáš
