"Pros: The Willa is in perfect location, close to shops, restaurants and with quite easy access to Zakopane City. It is really cozy furnished, with traditional character. Despite cold weather outside, it was nice and warm inside so the heating is very efficient. Cons: The beds were squeaky and not comfortable; the sofas were very cheap. There was only one channel working on the TV, and it was breaking down. Lack of basic supplies like coffee, tea, soap in the second bathroom, etc." ~Ella
