"Pros: With this hotel, as such, everything was fine. The room corresponded to the reservation. The hotel administrator who welcomed us was very kind. Parking. Additional information: parking is not for free, it is not stated anywhere in the hotel description and there is no alternative to park your car elsewhere. Cons: However, I will never book this hotel again for the following reasons. At the time of booking the hotel, it was not possible to make a prepayment because such an option did not appear at all (I always pay immediately because I travel a lot and this is more likely to provide me with advantages in cases of overbooking/double booking). It was indicated that payment must be made on site. Well, often this is also a solution. However, not this time. I received a notification from the hotel that I had to make a prepayment by bank transfer outside the booking system (directly). I never pay through such links for security reasons. Since I am a Genius Level 3 client, I contacted Booking in this regard (it was not indicated anywhere in the reservation that I would have to pay by bank transfer). A customer service employee called me back personally and assured me that in this particular case I could make a transfer - they take responsibility for ensuring that this is not a fraud scheme. Now, more interestingly - I don't have a Polish zloty account - I can only make a transfer in euros. I transferred the amount shown in the reservation in euros, after which the hotel representative started sending me various notifications that I had not paid enough and my reservation would not be guaranteed, because I also have to pay bank interest, which applies to the recipient (nothing is specified in the reservation). Only after a long correspondence did I manage to agree that I would still be able to pay these few zlotys when I arrived on site. And even when I was already on site and had already paid everything requested in full, I was still sent various payment-related messages, completely disrupting my evening's rest." ~Māris
