"Pros: Very clean, spacey, warm, beautiful apartment, just in minutes from many ski slopes. Everything was looking as at photos. Fully equipped kitchen, good cutlery, sharp knives ;) It accommodated five of us comfortably. There are Zabka, Gamma food stores just steps away, ski rental, pharmacy, and many other useful locations. Clean towels, shower amenities, toilet paper - all was enough for five people. Big balconies in every room. Enough storage space. The apartment is located perfectly, and there is always a parking space available near the building. Self-checkin instructions were clear, we’ve got our keys from the safe-box. Cons: The WiFi/Internet connection was very poor, it was really difficult to catch it, walking from one room to another :) I had to use my iPhone 3G as a hot spot for other devices. There is no washing machine in the apartment, and no laundry room in the building, which appeared to be a bit of challenge for us, all actively skiing ;) I’m not sure, but it seems like oven works only in Grill mode, the Standard ones do not warm up (it was no instruction for the oven, and we also could not find it in the internet)." ~Alevtyna

"Pros: Due to a mistake I found myself without a hotel in Zapokane at 20:00, so I booked this place 10 minutes before showing up. despite the short notice, the owner showed up and helped me get my bearings. When I later extended my stay, I was upgraded to a higher-tier room with no extra cost. as for the stay itself - rooms are clean, specious, and have everything you need. both had a lovely balcony, and couches to drop into after a hike. the location is a great starting point for hiking, 5 minutes from the road to Kuznice where you can take a bus or just walk. Cons: only small issues: - in one of the rooms, the bed is accessed via a ladder. not great if you've just woken up, or getting up in the middle of the night - shower drain is a bit slow, so you can't take long showers" ~Mark
