"Pros: We stayed during winter and when the city is snowing. Good place to stay to keep warm and dry. The heater works well, they have good shower room, and provided extra pillow and beddings for a company of 4. The place is also 1 minute walk away from the convenience store which is very good. Cons: We initially thought that we would rent the whole building, but it was actually only a flat the we had rent. The flat is located on the 3rd floor with no lift so very inconvenient for those with heavy baggages. The property agents were also always late. We came to the property at 2ish am in the middle of the snow as agreed with the property agent but she only came after c.a. 20 minutes. There was also a hassle when the key didn’t work so we waited for the owner for a long time to unlock the door. Moving forward, we recommend to check the place first and be ready for the uncertainty that may rise, and come on time especially during winter season." ~Cyer

"Pros: Despite there are some reviews that it is basement apartment with one bedroom without windows, we dont have any issues with that. Mountain views we could enjoy during the hiking :) Parking what is really important in Zakopane was included in price. Location is perfect, close to bus stop which led to Morskie oko, Kužņice or etc. Heater as well is provided to dry clothes. It is really comfortable appartment with two large beds and one single bed. Kitchen equipment is appropriate. Really satisfied with everything." ~Andris
