"Pros: Awesome location, very comfortable apartment and the view was amazing as well! Jacuzzi and sauna are also available for free, that’s really great! Cons: There is little flexibility on check in, you need to agree with the host about the time they come meet you at the property, hence, you can’t arrive at whatever time you want, they don’t have a reception there. Also we wanted to leave our things in the property before check in, but also didn’t manage to do that, as it wasn’t available. We went to the mountains with our stuff and managed to get back to Zakopane only around 8:30 pm and the lady giving us the keys to the apartment was visibly unhappy that we arrived that late, though it’s not our fault that they don’t have the flexibility of the check in time and that was literally the earliest time we could come check in. I would say she was a little bit unfriendly to us. I would definitely come again to this property because of great value for money, facilities and location, just hope I don’t have to meet this lady again, as my interaction with her wasn’t very pleasant 😅" ~Palina
