"Pros: First of all, I want to highlight the hotel owner. We received a call to ask what time we’d like to check in, and they allowed us to do so at 1:00 PM. They also let us check out at 12:00 PM. Anytime we had questions about the town of Zakopane, we could call the owner, and she was always very helpful. The location is excellent. If you arrive at the train station, you can simply take the number 18 bus, which stops almost right at the hotel. If you decide to walk, it takes about 20-25 minutes from the station. The city center is just a 10-15 minute walk away. The apartment is spacious, with both a terrace and a balcony. The kitchen has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was very soft, so we slept wonderfully. There’s also a great heated pool and a sauna, so you can always relax and enjoy your time there Cons: The only drawback was the lack of shower gels and a microwave. However, this wasn’t critical for us, so it doesn’t affect our overall rating of the hotel" ~Vitalii
