"Pros: Quiet place, great location, especially for those who walk to the mountains, all trails are nearby. In the kitchen you can find everything you need for cooking. Cons: It was difficult to dry wet clothes and shoes in rainy weather, so you should think about a clothes dryer (could be shared and stand in a common corridor).
