"Pros: Domek Tatry is perfect if you're looking for the ideal getaway while visiting Poland. The home is quiet and peaceful, with beautiful views of the Tarta Mountains. Zakopane is an outdoor-oriented town with various adventures, whether in winter or summer. The choice of food and restaurants is excellent. We enjoyed Domek Tatry for the well-stocked kitchen and did some shopping to enjoy slowly, starting the day with breakfast and tea before going out. Domek Tatry is a traditional Polish Mountain home that is very comfortable. If you plan to visit the Tarta Mountains, the TOPR mountain rescue group operates there. Their website provides updated mountain weather and travel conditions for outdoor plans and activities. "Pros: Excellent value. Clean hostel with comfy bed, ensuite and useful, shared kitchen. Easy to find with lots of parking. Cons: Bathroom was very small. Bit far out from Zakopane in a residential district but there was a bus into town and there were a couple of restaurants within 30 mins walk - we recommend the Bistro!" ~Nick
