"Pros: A lovely apartment just outside the pedestrian centre of Zakopane. It is also within walking distance to one of the beginner ski slopes. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. Both the bathroom and the kitchen seem to be new. There was a good washing machine in the bathroom. Perhaps a few more cooking utensils in the kitchen would have helped a bit more, and perhaps one more kitchen towel to dry the dishes. Staff were super efficient and replied to our messages instantly, such as when we couldn't find the extra quilts and they told us that they were stored inside the sofa beds. When the gas cylinder finished, a man brought a new one within minutes and replaced it for us. Honestly I didn't expect them to be so quick, so I was very pleasantly surprised! Even though the apartment is slightly on the expensive side, it is worth it to pay a bit extra for the location, for the comfort of having separate sleeping arrangements. It is also worth it for having a lovely view of the mountains from the living room glass doors. I would definitely stay here again and I recommend it to other guests. The location being so central saves you a lot of money on taxis. All locations we wanted to visit were within 10-15 mins walk. Otherwise buses are very efficient. Cons: Perhaps another kitchen towel and some more kitchen utensils would have helped. The toaster wasn't functional but we didn't ask the hosts to replace or fix it, so probably they are not aware of it. We just used the grill function in the oven. "Pros: Great central location and facilities. Everything was just as described on the website. The room was equipped with all the essentials including the fridge and an electric kettle. And the view of the ski jumping hill was an added bonus. 👌 The only thing I think would be nice to have is tea and coffee packets either in the room or the kitchen downstairs. I'll definitely book this hotel again during my next visit to Zakopane." ~Monika

"Pros: The rooms are well-equipped and modern - exactly like on the pictures. The contact with the owner was great, we were welcomed by the cleaning lady who showed us everything. Location is great, walking distance from the centre of Krupowki as well as Wielka Krokiew. Would definitely recommend! Cons: We enjoyed our stay very much, it seems important though to highlight two things: One of our rooms (we rented 2) was on the highest floor (3rd, I believe) and the staircase leading to it is quite narrow and windy, which made carrying up the luggage a bit challenging. Also, there is no parking at the premises (some reviews stated that there was one parking space-wrong), but there is plenty of parking lots in a walking distance" ~Katarzyna
