"Pros: A quiet place, not so far from city center (aprox. 30 minutes walk), a decent grocery store located 2 minutes walk (Delikatesy Centrum). Spacious apartment, good washing machine, great dishwasher, large fridge and very effective floor heaters - we had no problems at -13 degrees. A private indoor parking was a great advantage, especially at winter - prevented our car from being frozen. A communication with host - pani Alexandra - was very efficient and responsive. Cons: We came late evening after a tiring day of travel. There was NO toilet paper so we had to look for an open store at 9pm. There were NO wifi-related instructions, except password. I had to find a network name by myself. Towels were clean but had holes. Only few days later we got new bunch of good towers. About kitchen - well equipped but many plates were a bit broken. Sleeping - two separate sofas were comfy, kids loved it. However main bed wasn't comfortable and pillows were thin and hollow." ~Ilya

"Pros: The flat is very spacious and warm, it has all facilities one may need. The location and free parking are secure. The rooms have suitable curtains and blinds to stop light coming through and the area is very quiet so we enjoyed our long deep sleep. Cons: We only had two towels provided (for three people), however we didn't raise this with our host at the time, so they would probably rectify this. The shower is not running properly as the water flow is extremely weak. Generally, I would prefer to have direct access to the property (key box or similar) instead of having to arrange to meet someone. The meeting arrangements were easy and smooth so not an issue really but still requires some planning and logistics." ~Ina
