"Pros: The location is perfect: about six minutes on foot from the railway station, with bus stops and a Biedronka supermarket practically next door, plus a lovely park and the town centre just a short stroll away - perfect for exploring Zakopane without a car.
Cons: The kitchen came with pots and pans that have seen better days, but no basic cooking staples like a splash of oil or even a spare tea towel and a sponge to wash up afterward. In the bathroom, there were only hand soap and towels, and after several hours on trains, it would have been wonderful to find a complimentary bottle of water waiting. None of this ruined the stay, but fixing these little things would make the apartment feel much more guest-friendly."

"Pros: Everything is new and working perfectly, heating is superb (with the help of the fireplace). the host is very easy to contact, answered to any need immediately. The location is the best in town: 3 minute walk to the new bus station (from october 2023, all buses go from there), and 2 minutes walk to a huge supermarket (Biedronka). It is completely quite, there is no road noise, as the building is one row behind the houses on the main street. A tip for finding the apartment (the GPS location is not accurate) : there are 3 ways to get to the apartment-one of them is going to the little street and then get through the building. but I prefer the other two ways which are direct: one easy way for the first time is to come from the nearby Biedronka supermarket, immediately cross the road-and continue to cross on the grass (!) until getting to a few steps up (see the picture below) and then turn left and walk for 1 minute next to the other apartments until reaching the last apartment in the building. That's it."
