"Pros: Very nice apartments. Perfect location in the city center. A gated area with a parking space for your car. The swimming pool is very good and clean, open from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM. There is always a lifeguard present to maintain order and safety. There is a sauna for three people (infrared sauna). The apartment has everything needed for a family vacation. Excellent internet and a modern TV with the option to connect your phone. Cons: It would be great to pay attention to some details: the bedding is old (clean but already with holes from frequent washing and use). The bed has an uncomfortable old mattress topper that causes the sheet to bunch up and constantly needs adjusting. Despite the cleaning, there were foreign hairs in the bed. The kettle was unusable due to limescale (residue kept appearing in the cup), even when using bottled water. The dishes had to be rewashed before use because they had grease residues. The front doors are not well-sealed, so you can hear everything happening in the shared hallway. The shower door is not properly fixed at the bottom, causing water to partially leak." ~Alexandr

"Zalety: Apartamet duży, dobrze wyposażony. Mega plus za bezpłatny dostęp do basenu (z sympatycznym ratownikiem) oraz sauny. Lokalizacja super, blisko do krupowek, dworca, aquaparku, sklepów i dobrych restauracji. Wady: Kontakt z gospodarzem! A raczej jego brak!!!! Tylko podstawowe informacje , wysyłane chyba przez automat !!!!! Po przyjeździe na wyznaczone miejsce parkingowe czekała na nas skrzynka z kluczem, którą mieliśmy otworzyć podanym przez gospodarza kodem. Po prawie godzinie ( późną już porą) wpisywania wysłanego kodu niestety było to nie możliwe!! Dopiero pracownik techniczny innej firmy wynajmującej w obiekcie apartamenty, pomógł nam dostać się do skrzynki z kluczem!!! Bez jego pomocy spalibyśmy chyba w samochodzie !! W przed ostatni dzień naszego pobytu, okazało się że inni wynajmujący mają na ten dzień kolejną rezerwację w tym apartamencie... Trochę nie fajnie .. A nawet bardzo ..." ~Karolina

"Pros: We booked apartment no.17; very nice, clean and large, also well equipped. Short walk from the main street. Had a great time, all staff was friendly and chatty ;) Cons: Only a small negative was the poor wifi… but everybody has data these days anyway." ~Michaela
