"Pros: 1.The apartment is located in a very good area — right in the center. However, please note that the key pickup and drop-off is at a different location: Recepcja, Tytusa Chałubińskiego 24, while the apartment itself is located at Władysława Orkana 1. It takes about 25 minutes on foot between the two addresses, and the keys must be both collected and returned at the reception. 2.Check-out time is rather early, so please make sure to check the booking terms for details. 3.Another important point: you will be asked to pay a security deposit, as outlined in their booking conditions. This payment must be made via bank transfer, and you will be reminded about it several times, as it is part of their policy. Additionally, a city tax of 2 PLN per person will be charged. 4.The apartment features a very soft mattress, which I personally liked — after a long hike in the mountains, I slept extremely well. 5.The location is excellent, with bus stops just a 10-minute walk away, providing convenient access to all the popular mountain trails." ~Viktorija

"Pros: The whole experience was great from booking to leaving. Very clear and careful instructions for check in. The apartment itself has been put together with great care- it is very comfortable with high quality furnishings and equipment. It is a really pleasant place to spend time, where the priority is clearly maximising the guest's experience, not trying to squeeze maximum profit. The location is fantastic too- no more than a 3 minute walk to Krupówki. Cons: The parking was very tight as the neighbouring car was over the line a bit and there is no room for error, but this is not the fault of the owner." ~James

"Pros: This is a split review. 10/10 for the property. Exceptional position in Zakopane, just a few minutes walk to the action but still quiet at night. Great apartment with most essentials covered. Small supermarket underneath. Lovely view of the city. Couldn’t fault it. Cons: 2/10 for the communication and key collection. Despite messaging the day before our expected arrival time, on the day many WhatsApp’s and texts and phone calls were ignored as we got closer to arriving at the location. In the end my wife who (luckily) spoke Polish had a confusing conversation with the agent and managed to get the key from a lock box. Later someone turned up and we were asked to sign some paperwork and instructed that on the check out day we should call in advance to arrange a visit from the agent to collect the key from the apartment. Again we communicated a time for this the day before we left and again on the day (WhatsApp, text) with no responses. Many phone calls later we were asked to leave the keys in the apartment. You don’t need this additional stress on holiday and the system needs to be changed quickly to make this process seamless." ~Mark
