"Pros: Good location , clean and very modern Nice and warm 10/10 for presentation Cons: No adequate curtains to cover windows in living area No blinds what so ever in bedrooms , so no chance of any sleep in after 6am Sofa is of the poorest quality, very uncomfortable And difficult for more than one to sit on. Living area feels little oddly laid out, Difficult to explain, looks great but not quite as practical to spend time in. Sofa is difficult to sit on all together, then if you sit on the table it blocks the Tv With any young kids in there it’s a difficult space to relax. Perfect to sleep and go, not quite perfect to spend a few hours in or a evening." ~Andrew
