"Pros: 1. Location: Great location, easy access to all the attractions. 2. Quick feedback: Very responsive host; all questions were resolved quickly. 3. Appliances: A variety of equipment, such as a dishwasher, hair straightener, vacuum cleaner, and more, made the stay much more convenient. 4. Neighborhood: A beautiful and quiet area, perfect for a relaxing stay. 5. TV: The Smart TV was easy to use and added to our comfort. 6. Cozy atmosphere: The apartment was warm, spacious, beautifully designed, and comfortable. Cons: 1. Cleanliness: Unfortunately, the apartment wasn’t cleaned properly; we found piles of trash in various places. 2. Furniture issues: One of the chairs was broken (damaged leg attachment), and the sofa bed was also unusable (off its hinges). 3. Air conditioning: We experienced difficulties turning it on. 4. Bathroom: The shower drain clogged frequently, causing water to spread all over the bathroom floor. The lack of barriers made the issue even worse." ~Alina

"Pros: There was no shoehorn in the apartment, when using the iron, black scale formed in it when ironing a white shirt, the shower towels were very dry and it was uncomfortable to use them at first, some problems with the lock, this is the first time I have encountered this during the entire time I have rented the apartment, from the inside you can make it so that you cannot turn the handle of the lock all the way to the left and the door will not open. I was very pleased with everything else, a bright and spacious room, a shower with excellent water pressure, excellent heating. I was very pleased with the compliment." ~Yevhenii

"Pros: Well sized 2bd flat in a new build. It also has 2 WCs which is quite convenient. Tram station is 7 mins walk and tram takes you to the city center in 10 mins. Cons: Parking card wasn`t working, to be more precise the parking bar works based on car`s license plate and there is no place where you can tap the card, so every time had to ask a security guy to let me in/ out. There is also a gym in the building and we were not provided a card for it." ~Oleg
