"Pros: A great flat with the perfect location! The owner is very pleasant and helpful! The flat is cozy, clean and comfortable. Perfect to stay with the family. There are some options for parking near the building. If you came at a proper time, you can find a free parking in the inner part of the street. "Pros: Size of the place was good with a small table in the kitchen for a quick breakfast or snack and another in the dining area. Comfortable with all the amenities we needed already provided. Location was excellent. We were able to walk to most of the places we wanted to see during the short time frames between rain showers. Cons: As other reviews stated, the drain in the shower and kitchen sink was slow (but the drain in the bathroom sink was fine, go figure). Rain and cold the whole time we were there and the heating did not keep up, leaving us to wear a light jacket and blankets on our lap inside while we waited for the rain to let up. When sleeping, the wife had to use the blankets from the couch to layer on top of the bed comforter before she felt warm." ~Core
