"Pros: Great location, close to various shops. The windows had very good soundproofing, which made it quiet inside. The flat was well equipped overall – no washing machine, but there’s a laundromat just around the corner. Cons: Only one key card was provided, and it controls both entry and electricity. You can’t use a regular card (like a bank card) to keep the power on. This meant we had to leave the key in the lockbox for others to enter, but then anyone inside was left without power – not ideal if you’re showering, sleeping, or just need to use the toilet at night. Very inconvenient setup." ~Antonio

"Pros: The apartment is clean, the air conditioner works, the kitchen has everything you need, except a kitchen towel. Cons: The box with the key to the apartment was on the floor. It would be good if there was a hair dryer. Never figured out how TV works, and there are no instructions. Didn’t use Wi-Fi either - the name and password were written in bad handwriting on a paper, but such a Wi-Fi name wasn't listed on our gadgets, and no one answered to our messages with questions." ~Maryna
