"Pros: We were right in the middle of the square which was great. The apartment was neat, clean and the host was terrific and answered any questions quickly. A welcome bottle of wine and a pack of biscuits was a lovely gesture. Some great restaurants literally at the door. Cons: Had to use ear plugs at night as the church bells go all night. "Pros: The location is excellent, right in the main square, and the view from the window is amazing. The apartment is very nice and comfortable. It could be a nice stay until you have a problem and need to talk to someone. Cons: Unfortunately the staff is not responsive. They do say that they respond on WhatsApp before 8 pm, but that was not true. In fact, I have tried to contact the host multiple times during the day and I received no answer. The hairdryer was missing from the apartment, I couldn't find it anywhere, so I tried to contact the host with no response. I had to go to sleep with wet hair. The morning after they did not call back and I had to call again and again. Finally they answered and realised that the previous guest broke the hairdryer. My question is... Why did you not replace it before the next guest? They said they were going to bring one the day after, but no hairdryer was delivered. So I had to call them a few times again before someone pciked up and they finally brought a hairdryer. I can imagine if it was something more serious this would have been a major issue. As a guest I expect my host to be available if any issue occurs, so I have been left very disappointed. Also.... One towel per guest seems very minimal. 2 would be ideal." ~Martina
