"Pros: Overall, the apartment was clean (though there was a bit of dust on the windowsill). It had everything we needed, and the furniture was relatively new. Cons: The check-in instructions were unclear. The apartment number consists of three parts: 4/13/2, and it was difficult to understand where exactly the apartment was located. The instructions didn’t explain how to access the apartment or how to enter the building’s courtyard. The access code was sent exactly at 16:00. Our request to move the check-in time to 15:00 was not acknowledged or accepted. There is no private parking — we were told to use public city parking. We didn’t have any pets, but there was a sign inside the apartment stating that pets are not allowed. However, on Booking it says that pets are allowed. This might turn out to be a situation similar to the parking — it’s listed as available, but in reality, it’s not." ~Artsem

"Pros: Location, facilities ,cleanliness, superb contact with the owner, who appeared to be a fantastic and understanding person Check-in is usually from 3 pm, but my plane landed at 3am, the owner agreed for an early check-in , and even left the bed made ready to sleep ( there are 2 sofa beds in the room). Spotless clean room with fully equipped kitchenette, modern bathroom supplied with toiletries if you need ones, plus iron and ironing board. I especially loved the high ceilings. Overall better than expected plus the abundance of places where you can eat, bus/ tram stop in walking distance, (1 min.) , taxi/ uber comes in an eye blink. Strongly recommended, 5 stars ***** Cons: Literally nothing to complain about." ~Tomasz
