Cons: The lightning on the work table doesn't work—there is no socket for it. Also, the bra in the living room doesn't work, so the main light is the only one there. We couldn't find how to turn on the kitchen upper lighters for the cooking deck."

"Pros: the location is excellent and the apartment is very clean. The balcony is big with the great view.
Cons: The procedure with the reception placed on the different location is not ok. The traveller should read carefully, the istructions received in the day of arrival. I kindly asked about the instructions the day before our trip, but not received it. The instructions are not full and clear. There is a bold text introducing us that the keys are placed on the reception, but when follows the link "get directions" the GPS leads you to the location of the apartment."

"Pros: Amazing location! Very close to the city centre, the view from the balcony was really nice and a convenient location next to the bakery and some nice cafes was really appreciated. The flat had most of the things needed for a stay
Cons: The bathroom was lacking some proper personal welcoming touch. It had a hair dryer, toilet paper and some shower gel but felt absolutely empty somehow other than that. There was simply no glass to put a toothpaste/toothbrush in.. The floor was also not very aesthetically pleasant to look at. Some lime/chalk was present on both the floor next to the sink and on the floor in the shower. The toilet seat was absolutely wobbly..The kitchen has quite a few of items but was missing plain plates that could be put in the microwave, the tap next to the sink was soooo wobbly as well that we preferred not to touch it during the stay :/ A day before the check out the host contacted us to us to ask what time we were planning to leave on the next day. It could have been a bit more personal and considerate.. No question regarding how the stay was or if we were enjoying it.. Felt a bit impersonal and transactional, unfortunately"
