"Pros: Well sized 2bd flat in a new build. It also has 2 WCs which is quite convenient. Tram station is 7 mins walk and tram takes you to the city center in 10 mins. Cons: Parking card wasn`t working, to be more precise the parking bar works based on car`s license plate and there is no place where you can tap the card, so every time had to ask a security guy to let me in/ out. There is also a gym in the building and we were not provided a card for it." ~Oleg
