"Pros: Overall, the apartment was clean (though there was a bit of dust on the windowsill). It had everything we needed, and the furniture was relatively new. Cons: The check-in instructions were unclear. The apartment number consists of three parts: 4/13/2, and it was difficult to understand where exactly the apartment was located. The instructions didn’t explain how to access the apartment or how to enter the building’s courtyard. The access code was sent exactly at 16:00. Our request to move the check-in time to 15:00 was not acknowledged or accepted. There is no private parking — we were told to use public city parking. We didn’t have any pets, but there was a sign inside the apartment stating that pets are not allowed. However, on Booking it says that pets are allowed. This might turn out to be a situation similar to the parking — it’s listed as available, but in reality, it’s not." ~Artsem
