"Pros: Close proximity to magnolia shopping mall, transportation, and Noa Clinic. Bolt taxis are easy to call close to the apartments and shops in the same block. I stayed in 4D. It's right on the university campus. Newly refurbished or built. Modern comfy fixtures and fitments. Safe secure and fine fir lone travel too. T.v. can use a firestick. Your independent living here. I would stay again because it was clean and comfortable. Cons: There are not enough kitchen and bedding utensils or sheets towels... I had to buy my own because you only got two very small towels and one sheet that smelt foisty. No grater, needed a sharp knife, salt pepper pots, and other bits n pieces. I brought some items home but had to leave some for luggage allowance. The washing machine broke, blew electric, and reported. I was on holiday but was expected to wait in for the electrician.. not good, especially when he was over an hour late and I needed to complain. Rectified immediately afterwards. It's unacceptable to ask guests to see to wait in. There are not many instructions to operate appliances. You must also hand the key back, and if outside reception opens hours, you are expected to call the security. Suggest a key box, and the code system should be in operation instead." ~Mrs
