"Pros: The apartment is in an excellent location just 3 minutes walk from the main square. It can be a bit noisy during the day due to groups going round the medieval prison opposite but at night it is very quiet so easy to sleep. Everything we needed was in the apartment though we did buy 2 additional small towels to use in the kitchen. The host responded to our questions as necessary. The facilities in the bathroom were fantastic (except the 2nd basin not working see below). The shower was really good. Cons: The lifts were not working at all for the duration of our stay and this was a problem given we chose the apartment because there was a lift in the building. However, the host did arrange for us to be assisted with our luggage on departure which was a great help. And a couple of small things. As mentioned by other reviewers the pillows are not good. The bedside lamps in the main bedroom need the bulbs changing - neither of them work. The 2nd basin in the bathroom needs fixing and the rugs in the lounge and main bedroom need replacing, they are dirty." ~Christina

"Pros: Great location, couple of streets away from the main square and Christmas markets. The apartment exceeded our expectations, beds were comfy. kitchen was a good size and we had a comfortable stay. Our flight was late evening yet AS Home confirmed we could self check in and provided all the details we needed for a problem free arrival. We appreciated the fruit, sweets and gonk; thank you, he will be a continual reminder of a great weekend in Wroclaw. Cons: We were awoken early Saturday morning by noisy pipes. Realised later, had no water. However, messaged AS Homes and they were prompt in their response and even checked up with us later that all was OK. No noisy pipes on Sunday morning and water running fine then." ~Mark
