"Pros: Friendly staff, great food, great spas and pool. Room with view to the lake was cozy and big. The view to the lake is really nice and relaxing. Cons: Service at the restaurant was friendly but very slow. They should have minimum 3 waiters to take care of the tables. Long waiting times to get the menu, take our orders and bring the food. There was only 1 person taking care of everything. 1 barman and 1 cook. Empty tables waiting to be cleaned up for the next people in line. People don't respect the signs to not enter naked to the spas. Mainly Germans." ~Arturo
