"Pros: We got clearly instructions on how to get the keys and how to get to the apartment. The apartment is fully equipped (bath accessories, hairdryer, towels, dishes, Wi-Fi, etc). I don't know about free parking, but there is a public parking on the street with a parking payment terminal. Great location, we used the tram to get to the city center, also there is a metro station in about 10 minutes walk. Cons: Except that we could not reach the host, everything was OK. - When we got to the apartment, there was no electricity in two rooms. It was on Saturday, about 7 PM. We tried to reach the apartment owner by phone but got an automatic response - "you are trying to reach us outside working hours, please call us...". Also, we wrote them via booking chat, but got the response the next day. Luckily we found a key from the electricity switch gear box, inside another electric switch box, and could turn on the electric automaton. When we turned on the light in one room, in about an hour the electric automaton turned off the electricity in two rooms again. So there is an issue with one of the lamps in the room. - There is a sewage stench in the bathroom. Please ask your plumber to fill a siphon with water to remove that smell." ~Vladislav

"Pros: Cleanness, location (easy to get to the city center by bus or tram in 20 minutes, 3 minutes walk to the stations from the place of stay), heating (in winter it's essential), Netflix & chill, several groceries nearby. Cons: I ordered a room with double bed, but it was a twin with two separate mattresses and two small blankets. The curtains in the bedroom are not solid, but transparent, so guests should expect to get up with the sunlight. The sound isolation is not good (you'll hear both your neighbors and the sounds of closing door outside of the house. It's annoying)." ~Oleg
