"Pros: I loved the house. The living room is pretty big and spacious. The house's location is perfect, it's next to Park Skaryszewski which is my favorite park in Warsaw. And 5 min walk from SWPS University. The house has a great price performance ratio. The furnitures are modern, the TV is big... Cons: Only downsides are there is no elevator in the building which makes carrying up heavy luggages on the first day so hard; There is no dishwasher in the kitchen, so you have to wash it in hand; And there is no balcony, so if someone smokes even near the window, the whole house smells cigarette. "Pros: New apartment in the new building. We came for the Taylor Swift concert, so the it was really overpriced. The google maps showed that it takes 30 min to walk to the stadium, however, we took Uber, so it was just few minutes drive, so very convenient. Cons: No coffee machine. The communication was quite difficult: all info was provided in Polish all the time although I asked to provide it in English. We even did not have checked in yet but already got a reminder that "tomorrow you have to check out". The check in info arrived late in the evening before the day to check in and we started to get worried whether we will get it at all. The communication should be improved." ~Ruta
