"Pros: •Located in a residence building - it doesn’t seem to be used commercially to me. It’s quieter than a hotel, for example, with a lot of people running and passing by. •There’s a door for residents on the same floor too. It feels secured and it makes it quieter. In general I was very content with the quiet stay for five nights, thanks to the decent neighbors as well. I don’t like noises and parties, so quietness stands out easily when I rate things. •I had one or two urgent requests (somehow), and the owner responded effectively and promptly, which was very rare among the stays I ever had in Warsaw. I must give him the credibility. He took the role in a decent and appropriate manner, unlike the most of the “end-to-end services” I encountered that only ended after I paid. •Everything I had to use worked satisfactorily. I felt the quality of a proper apartment. •I had a good timing I suppose and it was pretty much a good deal to book my five-night stay. •Convenient to go to Galeria Mokotów from, which personally is like the city center to me. Also since I used to live nearby for one year, it might partly explain why it was very lovely for me be back in the neighborhood. Cons: Nothing particular during this time. But of course a guest’s expectation can seem a black hole. To me I don’t remember much of trivial things. Nothing special affected my stay. If I manage to have a good timing again I’ll check this place first." ~Yang
