"Pros: Cozy and spacious apartment in a great location. Warm with hot water all the time. Nice decoration and furniture. It is a good place to stay, I recommend. Fast responses at the messages. I suggest though to the manager to go once at the apartment, it is lacking some attention that will make it perfect. Cons: Not so clean, apart from the toilets. Dusty surfaces, a bit too much in some places, not helpful for allergies. Dirty cupboards, we need to wash everything before use. No coffee capsules, but the coffee machine was full with used ones. The washing machine needed repair to work. The beds were small and the bed linen didn't cover the surface of the mattress. The curtains were not that dark, so if you can't sleep with daylight it is a minus." ~Tolia

"Pros: The place is located in a very nice area. The metro station is just around the corner, bus stations are very close, and the Old Town is just a 10 min walk. The restaurants and cafes are nearby and it is safe during the night. It has everything you need even to cook for yourself. Shampoos were provided in the toilet, an iron is available, and the washing machine was also in the apartment. The check-in was smooth. Cons: The wifi didn't work. The apartment was clean on the surface but not entirely. There was dust and spider webs, the shower had some hair , and the sink in the kitchen had the leftovers of the previous guests. There could have been more toilet paper, and full sets of towels would have been great." ~Xhes
