"Pros: It was amazing! Its equipped with dishwashers and some glasswear and untensils. Overall its clean and little bit comfortable. Cons: We were looking for the apartment around 20 mins. They should put a map or instructions with more detail or any map should do. Also the hair dryer is working but it doesn't dry hair it's just cool not hot." ~Sean

"Newly renovated hotel was recommended to us by friends. We were not disappointed. Central location so we could walk anywhere we needed to or catch a tram for those places further away. Very helpful , friendly and polite staff who spoke very good English. The room we had was clean, spacious and we enjoyed the modern design. The shower was fantastic, with one glass wall looking back into the bedroom as part of the shower cabin. Free high-speed internet was very useful and the tea & coffee facilities were really appreciated, especially when trying to get going in the mornings. Buffet breakfast was great with large selection of both hot and cold dishes. We had the continental breakfast the second day, which was just as good and saved us a little money too. Overall a very pleasant stay and when we come back to Warsaw we know where to stay. " ~Traveller for fun

"Part of the reception staff was unfriendly - almost rude - but fortunately there was a lady (Jadviga I think) who with here superior spirit, humour and service saved it all. A warm greeting and thanks to her ! There was some trouble in the hotel finding our reservation and also we were asked to pay for it too. I had to be persistant until they were convinced. This has never happened and we have used TravelPoland\'s excellent service many times before. Well, first time is the first time. " ~Travelpoland.com user
