"Pros: Good location, full equipped apartment, warm enough, cozy
Cons: 1) Instructions to enter the building and how to insert the code are not enough. The building has 3 main doors from Panska street. For the apartment is the left one number 1.
2) We were 4 people and we had 4 body towels and 2 face towels . Normally should be 1 body, 1 face and 1 hand towels for each person.
3) The apartment was cleaned but there were some points not cleaned enough with dust!
4) The pillows and the sleeping mat should have had protective cover under the pillow case and the sheets!"

"Pros: The property is near from the central train station,shopping malls and grocery stores. Walking distance to the Old Town Square.
Cons: It’s not that i don’t like but just a little adjustment and some facilities need to fix like the door lock in the cr and the faucet distance the center of the sink to avoid licking.."

"Pros: The location is good; it is a quiet area with sufficient cleanliness. There is everything available.
Cons: The apartment is quite small, there was not enough toilet paper left for three days. The biggest issue is the host. It's impossible to reach the host company by phone. Very complicated voice menu that in the end suggests contacting by email and promises to respond in 2 hours, but it took a minimum of 24 hours to respond. They also don't respond to the messages left through booking.com chat. Very disappointed ."
