"Pros: The location is excellent, very close to different tram stops and to the metro, also the neighbourhood is very nice. The flat is very spacious with a large bathroom and the balcony has a nice view and is very quiet and private. Cons: The bedroom window points east and in the summer the room gets direct sunlight at around 5 am. The curtains block the sunlight a bit but the room is still very bright in the early morning." ~Dorothee
