"Pros: Location wise is perfect. Lots of places to see and eat. Cons: The self check-in experience wasn't great. The chip was not in the box, and we struggled to get into the flat. I called the urgent line several times, but no one answered at first. I kept calling until someone finally picked up, but they were unable to help me find an alternative way to check in. Unfortunately, if it hadn't been for a resident who lives in the building, I wouldn't have been able to enter the flat. Overall, it was a very poor check-in experience. Bed was not comfy by it does the job just for one night." ~Kimura
