"Pros: The location is great near a park. The flat nice, minimal but pleasant. Cons: Many items at the apartment were missing or broken, which highly undermined the quality of the stay and the value of the service. Customer service did not respond to early reports other than to provided repeatedly 'welcome information' about the instructions. Upon filing reclamation, hosts refuse any reimburstment, despite an extensive list of photos. Faults of inconvenience include: - lack of glass in the washing machine (health and safety risk; no laundry option) - burnt and stuck iron, which spoiled my clothes - two light bulbs missing, including in an evening lamp - dirty pot - strangers' hair on the floor - not enough cutlery for two people Given the great location and cosy conditions of this flat, unfortunately the customer service and poor cleanliness make a weak case to for any recommendation beyond 'last minute must find'." ~Joanna

"Pros: We chose the apt for the location to University. The building is new. It was good that we could take our dog. Cons: We stayed there also in June previous year and it was better.
